Maryland Adure does not have sales, including black Friday sales and private sales. If you see Maryland Adure items, not from an official Maryland Adure retailer, being sold at discounted, sale or clearance prices, then chances are the item is counterfeit.

Our pieces are inspired by cultures, luxury and modern fashion. Our products are designed by our owner, Maryland Adure, and mainly manufactured in African countries like Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Côte d’Ivoire, and Benin to name a few.

Maryland Adure offers vegan pieces. Products that are made with leather or non-vegan components will indicate that.

Payments are accepted via Afterpay, ZIP, credit card, debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay with a valid United States billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.

Customers have until 11:59pm, on the day of purchase of ANY products, and before item is listed as shipped, to cancel their transaction. Once the item is marked as LABEL PRINTED or SHIPPED, it cannot be cancelled. All eligible cancellations will be charge a $25 processing fee. If order is less than $25, there will be no fee accessed if the order is cancelled during the cancellation period. PROCESSING time for custom jewelry can take UP TO 6 WEEKS! SHIPPING time for your merchandise will depend on your shipping preference and carrier. Tracking numbers will be available once processing time is complete. More information regarding our shipping and processing policies can be found HERE.

Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped, and a tracking number will be available. Shipping Fees & Timing begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email. Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery. Our distribution center ships orders Monday through Friday, except US Public holidays.

For Standard and Express Delivery services please allow an extra business day.

Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery, and that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH.

Orders over $400 can only be processed through Paypal, a signature for delivery is required, and  Billing and Shipping Address MATCH. 

Once package is marked as SHIPPED we are no longer responsible for your package. Please contact your shipping provider to locate your parcel. Feel free to alert us of the issue, with the understanding that we are not responsible for the delay of your parcel. ALL INQUIRES NEED TO BE SENT VIA EMAIL! Unfortunately we do not offer refund on Maryland Adure products. Ankara accessories, apparel, eyelashes, jewelry, and beads cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the customer. All sales are final, there are no exceptions. More information regarding our return policy can be found HERE.

The warranty applies to all items purchased under:

The warranty covers any hardware or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period.

The product vendor name is located on the product page, above the title of the product.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fee inquired with handling any warranty inquiries.

• General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care
• Scratches or chips to hardware that do NOT render it unusable
• Damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party
• Lost or stolen goods or parts
• Discoloration of fabric

A one (1) year warranty comes with all products under:

• Maryland Adure Africa
• Maryland Adure Customs
• Maryland Adure Luxury

The Warranty Period for Maryland Adure covered products expires one (1) years from the DATE OF PURCHASE.

Within the warranty period, if the covered item is proven to be defective in hardware or manufacturing under normal use, Maryland Adure will provide a like for like replacement, at no charge. All shipping fees are paid by the customer. If your model is not available, an alternative of equal value or similar style will be provided.

The first replacement item will be covered under the Maryland Adure warranty one (1) year period from the date of issue. Any subsequent request with the same issue may not qualify for the warranty.
